Residential Apartments - New Cairo, Egypt
During my tenure at Hossam Nabil's office, I had the privilege of designing a prestigious project known as Water Way Residences, located in the vibrant district of New Cairo, Egypt. This multifaceted project, initiated in 2021, comprised a blend of luxurious apartments, inviting public spaces, and versatile meeting rooms, catering to the diverse needs of residents and visitors alike. The vision for Water Way Residences was to create a harmonious blend of modern living, sophisticated design, and functional convenience within the bustling urban landscape of New Cairo. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding environment and architectural ethos, I set out to craft a development that seamlessly integrated with its surroundings while offering an unparalleled living experience.
The Project
At the heart of the design was a commitment to fostering a sense of community and connectivity. Public areas were thoughtfully conceived to serve as inviting gathering spaces, where residents could socialize, relax, and engage with one another. Lush greenery, tranquil water features, and carefully curated landscaping imbued these spaces with a sense of serenity and tranquility, providing an urban oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.
In addition to the residential component, I focused on designing versatile meeting rooms that catered to the needs of residents and businesses alike. These spaces were conceived as flexible and adaptable environments, capable of hosting a variety of events, meetings, and gatherings. Design
