Residential & Commercial Tower
As a consultant for ACE on the prestigious North 31 Tower project situated in the burgeoning New Administrative Capital of Egypt, I had the privilege of contributing to the interior design and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of this iconic structure. With 30 floors dedicated to commercial, residential, and retail spaces, North 31 Tower stands as a symbol of modernity and sophistication in the heart of Egypt's new urban hub. Scope of Consultation: My role encompassed two crucial facets of the project: interior design and MEP systems. Working closely with the project team, architects, and engineers, I provided expert guidance and insights to ensure that the interior spaces were not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally efficient and sustainable.
Interior
The interior design of North 31 Tower reflects a contemporary elegance tailored to meet the diverse needs of its occupants. Each floor was meticulously planned to optimize space utilization and enhance the overall user experience. From sleek office spaces equipped with cutting-edge technology to luxurious residential apartments boasting panoramic views of the cityscape, every detail was thoughtfully curated to exude sophistication and comfort.
MEP
With a keen focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, I collaborated with MEP engineers to design state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for North 31 Tower. From HVAC solutions that ensure optimal indoor air quality to advanced lighting and plumbing fixtures that minimize resource consumption, our goal was to create a built environment that prioritizes both environmental stewardship and occupant well-being.
