Beach Villa - North Coast, Egypt
In September 2022, during my tenure at Hossam Nabil's office, we were entrusted with a captivating project located in the serene Almaza Bay on Egypt's North Coast. This project involved the design of a one-floor villa overlooking the tranquil sea. Our client's specific request was for a minimalistic ambiance with a palette of neutral colors.
Interior
Within the villa's interior spaces, we prioritized functionality and comfort while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. Sleek furnishings and minimalist decor elements were thoughtfully curated to complement the clean architectural lines and maximize the sense of openness and lightness. Large windows and glass doors were strategically incorporated to seamlessly connect the indoor spaces with the picturesque outdoor landscape, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.
In the kitchen, we employed minimalist design principles to create a space that was both practical and visually appealing. Neutral cabinetry and countertops were paired with modern appliances, resulting in a sleek and efficient culinary environment.
Throughout the villa, the minimalist approach extended to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, creating a cohesive and harmonious design scheme that celebrated simplicity and sophistication.
Landscape
Central to the landscape design was the creation of a stunning pool area that served as the focal point of outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Reflecting the villa's clean lines and understated elegance, the pool was designed with simplicity and sophistication in mind. A sleek, rectangular shape and pristine white finish lent a sense of modernity and refinement, while infinity edges seamlessly blended with the horizon, creating the illusion of endless water merging with the sea.
Surrounding the pool, expansive decking and lounge areas provided ample space for sunbathing, socializing, and enjoying panoramic views of the coastline. Thoughtfully integrated lighting accents extended the pool's usability into the evening hours, casting a warm and inviting glow that enhanced the ambiance of outdoor gatherings and nighttime swims.
